Being able to Enter Information in the Ship VIa information into the Sales Order (And have it carry over onto Pick List)

Hello,

I see that ship via information is entered in Invoice not in SO.
Is there a way to entered it in SO so our warehouse knows to separate between FEDEX or UPS shipment?
