Can't connect San Francisco FCU to my Cloud Banking

Can't connect San Francisco FCU to my Cloud Banking

Can't connect my bank San Francisco FCU to my Cloud Banking account.  

My bank is listed. When I try to connect, it asks me for my Login ID and Password. 
I am 100% confident that my User ID and Password is correct. 

It then asks for my "Registered Email ID or Phone Number for Receiving Secure access code". 
I enter my email address and my bank sends me a "Secure Access Code". 

I enter it into the Field. It thinks for a while, then comes back with a response: "The requested account was not found at the bank. Please, verify that the correct bank is selected".  

Is there a way to connect San Francisco FCU?  
I am 100% sure my user name and password is correct.
