How about requiring a Default Shipping Address optional?

Sometimes we are better off not having a Default Shipping and being forced to choose a Shipping address.
It should be optional to set an address as Default Shipping.
This is also becoming apparent when setting up the Taxes in Avalara which won't let you change Sales Tax unless you choose a Default Shipping
