Upgraded Data Import Wizard!

In this edition of Product Perks, we’re highlighting enhancements to our already incredible Data Import Tool - now more aptly called Data Import Wizard!

We recently added the following features:

  • All transactions have now been added to the new wizard. Now you can import Cash Sales, Bills, Cash Receipts, Invoices, Item Receipts and Orders, among many others.

  • Multi-imports in one session: Import multiple data types simultaneously in the same import! Import Sales Invoices with Chart of Accounts, Classes, Companies, Items, Projects and Sales Orders all at once for example.

  • Additional transactions created on the fly during import. For example, when importing Sales Invoices, automatically create the Cash Receipts, making an additional import unnecessary.

  • Easily assign Default values for fields where the value is the same for all records - you won’t even need the field on the import file!

  • Granular control on record handling - set to only create new records, only update existing records, or set to create AND update at the same time.

We’ve never seen another import tool on the market as powerful as ours. Be sure to watch the video for more details on these great new features.
