Data Import Wizard

1. Improvements have been made to the Data Import Wizard to better handle the mapping of linked documents. When importing transactions, you will now see fields available to designate which parent document(s) should be related to each child transaction. In the example below, we can identify the Sales Orders and Shipments to be used during our Sales Invoice import:
   
   
2. We have also made improvements when importing addresses. Address mapping for Customers is now saved in Mapping Rules and linked with Customer name as they are related fields. 
   

Cloud Payroll

1. Cloud Payroll users can now backdate a check for off-cycle payrolls to allow for greater flexibility. Backdated checks will create a high priority ticket and notify our support team to review the backdate request so that your payroll can be handled efficiently and effectively.
   

2. For our Cloud Payroll users, your employees will be prompted to review and accept the Terms of Service for Cloud Payroll when they login to their Employee Portal.
   

3. There is a new setting which allows paystubs to be sent to employees for future payrolls. To enable this feature, navigate to Payroll → General Settings. Payroll Administrators will be alerted to turn on this setting when attempting to send future paystubs by email if this setting has not previously been enabled.
