AccountingSuite™ Release Updates: Jack Russell 4: Cloud Commerce, Cloud Payroll and more!

Cloud Commerce
  1.  Your Square sandbox account can now be connected in either your live or sandbox AccountingSuite account. 
  2. Transactions approved from Square stores will now display transaction details on the Cash Sale documents that are generated. 
  3. You can now see the payment terms and payment method, and improvements have been made for multi-location. 
  4. We have added a new "Related Transactions" tab so you can easily see which documents were generated in addition to any sales orders.
Cloud Payroll 
  1. We have added the ability to run a dismissal off-cycle payroll. 
  2. Improvements have been made to the interface when running payroll. 
  3. The Cloud Payroll module can be added in any sandbox account to test out its features. 
  4. Employee check numbers are now displayed on journal entries created from Cloud Payroll so this can be displayed in bank reconciliations. 
  5. Checks can be printed directly from Cloud Payroll. 
  6. Notifications and error messages related to Cloud Payroll have been improved. 

Integrations
  1. Our Stripe integration now allows you to store multiple credit cards, debit cards, and bank accounts for each customer
  2. We have made enhancements to matching and merging accounts and vendors from Bill.com. 
  3. Cash receipts created from integrations can now display a status of "Pending." 
Settings
  1. Improvements have been made to Precision Settings in General Settings - can be changed if no transactions exist. 
  2. You can now have a different default currency other than USD. 
Core Documents
  1. Improvements have been made to the way vendor prepayments are displayed. 
Tools
  1. We have added a new prompt to notify you when there are issues with data in your account(s).
