AccountingSuite™ Release Updates: Komondor 3: Data Import Tool | February 1, 2024

Our data import tool has undergone some major upgrades! We have updated the Transactions import to utilize the new Data Import Tool Wizard that was previously launched for List items. We have also made improvements for a better user experience when importing data into AccountingSuite™. You will notice these changes when importing: 
  1. Time tracking entries (New!)

  3. Sales Quotes
  4. Sales Orders
  5. Shipments
  6. Sales Invoices
  7. Cash Receipts
  8. Sales Returns and Customer Credits (New!)
  9. Purchase Orders
  10. Item Receipts
  11. Bills
  12. Bill Payments
  13. Purchase Returns and Vendor Credits (New!)
  14. Inventory Adjustments
  15. Assembly Builds
  16. Lots
  17. Serial Numbers
  18. Bank Transfers
  19. Deposits
  20. Payments
  21. Journal Entries
You also now have the ability to auto-generate transactions from a single Data Import. For example, a Sales Order import can generate Sales Invoices, or a Purchase Order import can generate Bills.

We have also improved the error messages that might be displayed during the import process and made some changes to the Merge Tool utility available in the Admin Panel.
