CustomBooks™ Brand Assets and Requirements for Use

Thank you for your interest in using the CustomBooks™ Brand Assets.


CustomBooks™ brand includes the words, phrases, symbols, designs and other distinctive brand features associated with CustomBooks™ and our services (“Brand Assets”). Examples of our Brand Assets include the word "CustomBooks" and our logos. Our Brand Assets are trade names, trademarks and service marks of CustomBooks™.

CustomBooks™ encourages Integration Partners that supplement our services. At the same time, we ask that you follow these Brand Guidelines with the intention of protecting our reputation, maintaining brand identity and promoting consistent use of our Brand Assets. This makes it easier for people to instantly recognize references to CustomBooks™ and avoid confusion. These guidelines also help protect CustomBooks™’s intellectual property.

We may modify these Asset Guidelines without prior notice to you. The most recent guidelines version will be posted on this page. You’re responsible for following any modified terms, so be sure to review these Asset Guidelines regularly.

If you don’t agree with these Brand Guidelines on this page or do not comply with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, you do not have the right to use CustomBooks™’s Brand Assets.

Asset Guidelines

  1. You can use our Brand Assets to refer to CustomBooks™, our services, and our products.
  2. When using our name as Text, write “CustomBooks™” as one word, with first “C” and first “B” as upper case.
  3. Provide sufficient padding around our Brand Assets to help it look clean. We recommend this to be half the height of the asset on your application/page.
  4. Do not modify the shape, proportion, color or orientation of the Brand Assets.
  5. Do not use our Brand Assets in a way that suggests or implies affiliation, partnership, sponsorship or endorsement by CustomBooks™.
  6. Do not use our Brand Assets on merchandise such as shirts and hats.

Assets for your Website and Marketing Material

You can download approved CustomBooks™ branding assets and Style Guides attached "AccountingSuite_StyleGuide_Logos.zip".

Assets for Integration

For the Application you are integrating with CustomBooks™, you will need to implement a way for your application users to initiate authentication and select their company. We recommend that you use the Connect and Disconnect images for the buttons which can be downloaded as a ZIP file "CustomBooks_Integration_BrandAssets.zip" at the bottom of this article.

If the provided images do not fit your theme/requirement, do not modify the appearance of the button images provided by CustomBooks™. In this case, we recommend you use your own non-CustomBooks™ branded button or a text link.
