What is CustomBooks™ Academy?


The CustomBooks™ Academy is an online learning and training platform designed to help users, accountants, bookkeepers, and CustomBooks™ Partners develop their knowledge and skills in using CustomBooks™.

The Academy provides a variety of live and self-paced online courses covering the core features of CustomBooks™, advanced functionality, inventory, reporting, customization, and other topics. It allows learners to create a customized learning path based on their role, experience, and areas of interest.

The Academy is designed not only to help users become more comfortable using CustomBooks™, but also to build the product and domain expertise needed to better support and serve clients.

Training and Certification Levels

CustomBooks™ Academy offers multiple levels of Partner training and certification:

Core Certification

The Core Certification provides foundational knowledge for working with CustomBooks™. Training includes:
  1. CustomBooks™ setup and navigation
  2. Key product features
  3. Managing sales, purchases, and payments
  4. Reporting and customization
  5. Troubleshooting
Core Certification serves as the foundation for progressing to more advanced training.

RockStar Certification

The RockStar Certification builds on Core Certification and introduces more advanced skills. It includes:
  1. Advanced CustomBooks™ knowledge
  2. Basic inventory concepts
  3. Additional electives and specialized training
This level is designed for learners who want to expand their CustomBooks™ expertise.

Platinum Certification

The Platinum Certification is designed for learners who want to demonstrate a higher level of CustomBooks™ proficiency. It focuses on:
  1. Mastering complex processes
  2. Expanding knowledge through additional electives
  3. Broadening product expertise
  4. Continuing to grow a client network

Available Courses

In addition to the certification programs, CustomBooks™ Academy offers specialized courses that cover specific product features and professional skills. Examples include:
  1. Inventory Basics – Covers items, lots and serial numbers, back-ordering, costing, and inventory reporting.
