Non-profit users:

1. Forms 990 and 990-EZ were added as Tax Line options in Accounting Settings, allowing for more streamlined tax preparation processes for 501(c)(3)'s

Cloud Payroll

1. Cloud Payroll was enhanced to better support ACH matching in Cloud Banking, including:
   

1.    A new tab for ‘ACH transactions’ was created in submitted payrolls.

2.    In the journal entry created for submitted payrolls, the quantity of bank account rows correlate to the quantity of actual cash distributions and include a memo.

3.    In Payroll Settings, additional sections were added for mapping Deductions and Garnishments as well as Child Support.

4.    In Cloud Banking, ACH withdrawals from Cloud Payroll now Match with the journal entries from submitted payrolls.

1. Payrolls processed via an external provider now populate in the Payroll Journal report.
   
2. Cloud Payroll users: after selecting ‘Create journal entries’ on a processed payroll, the Journal Entry will open in Draft mode and should be Saved before being closed. This change is to update the Journal Entry screen with the Cash Basis Equivalent columns, and it allows users to make any needed edits to the Journal Entry before saving.

Sales Tax   

1. Integrations: Avalara 
   

2. Avalara AvaTax is now available in Cash Sale and Quote documents. 
   
3. Avalara AvaTax Is now available on the Integration Page.
   
4. Avalara Improvement for Recurring Templates for transactions using Ava Tax. 
   
5. Avalara AvaTax Shipments now show the tax calculation when using Avalara's AvaTax. Also, documents using Avalara are now able to be deleted, which will un-post the record in Avalara.
6. Avalara AvaTax was upgraded to a new API and all-around performance using Ava Tax.
   

1. Pagination is now added to help users manage large volumes of transactions and work more efficiently! All Cloud Banking features, such as categorization rules, matching, approving, sorting, and filtering are now equipped with pagination. Pick how many transactions you want to see on the screen at one time, and toggle through pages as needed.
2. The bank status icons now more consistently reflect the connection’s status.
