Data Import Wizard

1. Previous imports can be removed from the Selection/Mapping tab by selecting the "Select data" hyperlink. This helps manage storage. If you exceed the storage limit, a Support Team number will be provided for an account storage upgrade.

1. To improve document status clarity, a "Draft" column will now appear in the Staging tab if the "Saved" field is mapped. Documents will be saved as a draft if the mapped field is 'No,' 'False,' 'N,' or '0.' If the field is mapped but left blank, the document will be uploaded with a "Saved" status.
   

Cloud Payroll

1. A new "Payroll Data Export" report is now available for Payroll Admins. This report, which includes employees, jobs, locations, payrolls, earnings, taxes, and deductions, is in a table format suitable for data analysis.
   

1. The payment speed (2-day or 4-day) is now displayed on the Cloud Payroll screen, in addition to the Payroll General Settings.
   

Accounting

1. A message will appear in Accounting Settings for users who have submitted the Mapping Tool but still need an appointment to process historical transactions for the Upgraded Cash Basis method. This message will be removed once all historical transactions are updated.

Stripe

1. ​Additional checks have been added for users with the "Automatically create Bank Deposits to customer when Stripe payment has been processed" setting enabled. Default accounts in Accounting Settings must be populated before this feature can be used.
   

PayPal

1. The Beta PayPal integration is being temporarily removed for functionality enhancements.
