Embedded Cloud Payroll

1. Cloud Payroll was upgraded to the latest API, including pagination.
2. Cloud Payroll User-Messaging: We have improved the user messaging for when a 2-day payroll credit limit is exceeded. The new message will now include the steps for users to submit a 4-day payroll while their credit limit increase is being reviewed.
   
   
   
   
3. Cloud Payroll Reports: Users with Cloud Payroll access can now open payroll reports from the Reports menu. These reports will continue to be available under the Payroll menu as well.
   In the future, if Cloud Payroll is no longer needed and is disabled for a tenant, both the payroll reports and the Employee Email Management feature will still be accessible from the Reports menu.
