Cloud Payroll

1. Tax Reconciliation new feature! Additional features have been added to Cloud Payroll to account for overpayments and underpayments of taxes. Overpayments can be distributed back to employees through a bonus payroll. Two new mappings have been added to the Gusto Payroll Settings screen to designate:
1. Employee Taxes Overpayments: select the Accounts Payable account where the overpayment should be held until it is dispersed to employees.
   
2. Company: Accounts Payable accounts require that a company be used. It is recommended to create a general ‘Employees’ company to associate this accounting record to. 
   
3. New matching functionality allows $0 payrolls to be marked as Posted.
   

1. New Report: A new paystub report is now available! Easily access Paystub History via the ‘review paystubs’ link after submitting payroll or in the Payroll → Reports section of the menu.
   
2. If a new payroll is attempted to be run and the list of available payrolls is empty, a note now provides direction on how to enable the setting to show future pay periods.
   

Cloud Banking

1. You can now add attachments directly from the unapproved transactions tab! Easily add single or multiple attachments at a time to a certain transaction. Sort and filter by attachments, and easily see which transactions have attachments with the paperclip icon. 

1. The “Show” menu has now been added to the Approved and Excluded tabs, with applicable filters.
