Disabling Inventory Items

Items may be disabled so that they do not appear on the list. This may be done for both service and product items.

To disable an inventory item:

  1. Navigate to Inventory  Items.
  2. Highlight the item to disable.
  3. Click the Enable / Disable Item button. The item will be displayed with strike-through text.
  4. To hide the disabled items, click the Hide Disabled Items checkbox at the bottom of the list view.

Items may also be disabled by checking the Item is Disabled checkbox on the Item Card.

Disabling inventory items removes the item from the list. This action will not affect invoices, orders or any other document on which in has been included.
