On the CustomBooks™ login page, click the Forgot/Change Password? link then follow the instructions. Enter your email address, send the code to your email and verify, then create your new password. Your new password must include at least one UPPER and lower case letter, one number, one special character/letter, and has length of 8-16 characters.

Forgot your User ID/Email?
Your User ID is the email address that you used when created your account. If you cannot remember the email address that you used, ask the person with administrative rights to get it from the Users list. A list of users may be accessed by navigating to Admin Panel > Security Settings while logged into CustomBooks™.
