the previous version of the Income Statement! 

Now you have a standard version AND a comparative, variance analysis version!

• Emailed Reports now have a field for a "From" e-mail address --->

Now emails sent from AccountingSuite™ will show they are coming from the user, and can be changed adding flexibility.

We have created a Zoho CRM extension that guides users to easily set up and install the integration on the Zoho CRM side. 

• Sales Invoice for DropShip Delivery uses Vendor for “Ship From” when DropShip box is checked.

• New Uploading Wizard for CSV Bank Uploads! 

• Easily maps with description, date, amount, and check number.

• It finds and highlights incorrect items in the CSV file, then you have the option to exclude them from the import.

• Works with all current parameters: Upload start date and Editions.

Serial Numbers for Inventory just got a massive upgrade!

• A new Serial Numbers catalog can now track Serial Numbers data throughout the system! It updates all related documents and fields. 

• Items now have a serial number grid in the Item Card that shows serial number history and use.

• Sales and Purchase documents now check the balance/quantity on hand of Serial Numbers when entering a quantity on each line.

• Serial Numbers that were entered on previous lines are greyed out - safeguarding you from reusing them. 

• Serial Numbers now have detailed information for the user to track and analyze trends. These are: Condition, Last increase, Last cost, Last decrease, Last price, Return discount %, New price, and any related Notes. This information will enable better and more informed inventory item decisions.

• Users can now generate new Serial Numbers right from the Serial Numbers Selection Form!
