General Journal

General Journal

The general journal is the master journal that all company transactions or journal entries are recorded in. From the General Journal main page, there are two actions that are available: Export and Find.

To Export The General Journal

  1. Click Export List.
  2. Choose the columns to export.
  3. Choose the format to export.
  4. Click Save as and choose the location in which to save.


Exporting General Journal

To Find a Transaction

  1. Click Find.
  2. Choose the column to search in the Find in field.
  3. Type the search terms in the Find field.
  4. Click Find.

To cancel the search, click Cancel search:
