How to View Product Perks and Release Notes in CustomBooks™
Stay up-to-date with the latest enhancements, new features, and important updates in CustomBooks™! We've made it easy to access both our detailed Release Notes and our quick-highlight Product Perks directly from within the application.
You can view these resources using any of the three methods below.
Method 1: The "New!" Button (Top Navigation)
For a quick look at what's recently been added, use the alert button at the top of your screen.
- Locate the top navigation bar within CustomBooks™.
- Click the New! button located next to the search bar.
- A pop-up window titled "Awesome features!" will appear. Click either the Release Notes or Product Perks button to view the respective updates.
Method 2: Interactive Guidance (Bottom-Left Menu)
You can also access a historical list of updates right from the help widget.
- Locate the Need Help? (Interactive Guidance) button in the bottom-left corner of your screen.
- Click on the Release Notes or Product Perks dropdowns to expand them.
- Select the specific month or release version you wish to read about.
Method 3: The Support Menu (Side Navigation)
If you are already browsing the Support Menu or Help and Support portal: Knowledge Base Articles, you can easily find our updates there.
- Navigate to Support → New Features.
- Select either Product Perks or Release Notes to open the full list of available articles.
