I'm trying to activate an account but it's telling me I'm entering the wrong password. What's going on?
The Issue
When you create an account, you use your email address as a login ID. The password that you create initially will become your password for all accounts that are created using the same email address. When you activate a second account, enter the same password.
The Solution
If you don't remember it, click "Forgot / Change Password on the
login page and reset it. It will be reset for all accounts under that email address.
