If I add CustomBooks™ Help and Support as a user in my account when I need assistance, will this count against my available user count?
No. The available concurrent user count for your plan is not affected at all if the CustomBooks™ Help and Support user is added. The free Accountant account also does not affect your available concurrent user accounts.
