Inventory KPI Dashboard (Extensions)
Overview
The Inventory KPI Dashboard is a visual display of the critical information decision-makers need to achieve their objectives. With four distinct reports, this tool allows you to track all inventory on a single page, providing a quick overview of potential issues before they escalate and impact performance.
Included in the dashboard are the following:
- Inventory Turnover Rate: Calculates the turnover rate for a specific period.
- Days Sales of Inventory: Displays the length of time required to convert inventory into sales.
- Inventory Valuation: Shows the profit and value of goods in stock during a specific time period.
- Stock Status (On Hand/Under Stock/Out of Stock Positions): Monitors stock levels to ensure you maintain the optimal balance—never too much and never too little!
