Is There a Way to See the Content of Emails I Send from CustomBooks™?

  

We do not store the message content of emails we send, we simply send them on their merry way for the most part. As a result, there is not a way to view the content of emails you have already sent.

We do maintain a log of dates/times and statuses of emails sent. This information includes the email address of the party the email was sent to.  If you need to verify something was delivered, you may open a support ticket  to request research. Depending on the timeframe, we may or may not be able to retrieve the information as these logs are purged at regular intervals.
