Item Clipboard (Extension)

Overview


The Items Clipboard allows users to add items from the items list or any document to the clipboard and paste them into another document. By using the Items Clipboard, you can arrange the items in the way that you want them in the document.

Usage


  1. Highlight items to place on clipboard by shift clicking, ctrl-clicking or ctrl / shift while using the arrow keys.  You may also use Ctrl-A to select all items.
  2. Right-or Ctrl/cmd- click and choose the desired Action. 

Available Actions


Copy Items to Items Clipboard


By choosing this action, the extension will add the selected item(s) to the Items Clipboard. Users may copy items from any document or from the Items list. To select item(s), right-click on the item(s) and select “Copy Items to the Items Clipboard”

Paste Items from Items Clipboard

By choosing this action, the extension will copy all items from the Items Clipboard to any document the user is viewing. To use, click on Options button and select “Paste Items from Items Clipboard”

Delete All Items from Items Clipboard

By choosing this action, the extension will remove all items from the Items Clipboard. Users have the choice of clicking the Options button or right-clicking on any item’s line and selecting “Delete All Items from Items Clipboard”


Replace with Items from Items Clipboard

By choosing this action, the extension will replace all items in the document draft with the item(s) from the Items Clipboard. To use, click on the Options button and se


Show Items Clipboard

By choosing this action, the extension will open the Items Clipboard window with all copied items. Users may might be able to sort and remove items or modify any fields directly in the clipboard and save it. Items with new values and or sort order will be pasted in the documents. Users have the choice of by clicking the  Options button or right-clicking on any item’s line and selecting “Show Items Clipboard”
