Logging in and out of CustomBooks™

Logging in and out of CustomBooks™ is a straightforward process designed to keep your data secure while providing easy access to your account.

Logging in to CustomBooks™


There are two methods of logging in.

Method 1: Standard Login involves entering your unique username and password on the login page.
  1. Go to CustomBooks™ Home Page and click LOG IN or access the direct CustomBooks™ Login Page.
  2. Type in your username (email address) and your password.
  3. Click Login.

Method 2: Social Login allows for a quicker sign-in experience using your existing LinkedIn or Google credentials. By linking your social accounts, you can enjoy a seamless login without the need to remember additional passwords.
  1. Access the CustomBooks™ Login Page.
  2. Click on one of the social links (LinkedIn or Google).



  • The ID/Username used for CustomBooks™ is the email address that was provided when the account was set up. If you used our free trial, it is the same one provided upon signup. If you cannot remember the email address that was used, please contact our support team.
  • Check the box labeled “Save my email address” and the next time you visit this page, the email address will be filled in for you.
  • If you cannot remember your password, click the “Forgot/Change Password?” link.

Logging out of CustomBooks™


To ensure the security of your account, it's important to log out when you finish using CustomBooks™. Follow the steps below based on where you're logged in:

Logging Out from the CustomBooks™ Application:
  1. Locate your email address in the top-right corner of the screen.
  2. Click on your email address dropdown.
  3. Select the Logout button.



Logging Out from the Portal/Dashboard:
  1. Find your profile avatar in the top-right corner of the Portal/Dashboard.
  2. Click on the avatar to reveal a dropdown menu.
  3. Click on the Logout option.
