Messaging and Conversations (Collaboration System)

Messaging and Conversations allow users to communicate with other users in CustomBooks™ through chat message and video conference calls. Video calls have been enhanced and are available if a microphone and a webcam connected. Screen sharing is also available during a call and also support emoticons with chat messages.
  1. Message other users in the company.
  2. Enhanced Video Conference Calls.
  3. Screen sharing.
  4. Receive message notifications when the application is closed.



How to Enable Messaging and Conversations

To enable Messaging and Conversations, navigate to the Admin Panel, select Beta Preview, and then enable Messaging and Conversations. Once activated, the Conversations tab will appear.
