My date format has changed! How do I change it back?

1) Check your default system language or localization settings. The date format will sometimes be affected by this setting. Make sure the region is appropriate for your situation.

2) If you have made changes in the Change Form Settings in the More Menu, this may also affect the display of the dates. Find the date field in question, highlight it and check the date format section of the form.
