Creating or Resetting your Password

After signing up for CustomBooks™, you'll receive a welcome email with a link to create your password. If you can't find this email, follow the steps under Password Help below. If the issue persists, please contact Support.

Password Help

If you have forgotten your password or you wish to change it, click the "Forgot/Change Password?" button on the CustomBooks™ login page, then follow the instructions. Enter your email address, send and verify the code, then set your password.
