AccountingSuite™ Release Updates: Data Import Tool, Cloud Payroll, Cloud Banking, Multi-Currency: Jack Russell 3: 08/24/2023

Data Import Tool improvements to the user interface and experience. 
  1. In the Mapping Preview, the pagination buttons have been moved to the bottom of the page.
  2. You can now upload a new file without restarting the whole tool.
  3. Header fonts have been decreased in size to allow more visibility when working.
  4. Error descriptions have been expanded when viewing staging records.
  5. Import templates can be downloaded directly from the import tool.
  6. You can now select which sheet to use when uploading a file that has multiple sheets available! This will allow you to keep your data imports more organized and save you time. 
Cloud Payroll
  1. Added ability to add a Holiday policy to users’ overall PTO policies and include holidays which are automatically updated through federal database.
  2. Added more full functionality to Cloud Payroll to include Accrual Balances and added custom Sick and PTO polices.
  3. Can now be installed in the Sandbox environment to determine if this module is a good fit, and you can actually run test payrolls to get the full experience of ACS payroll.
Cloud Banking
  1. Auto-refresh disables if a bank connection fails for 3 consecutive months. If a user refreshes the bank account manually then the cycle starts over. 
  2. UI/UX improvements now allow the ability to collapse or expand all rows in the unapproved transactions, and you can edit unmatched transactions in the Customer/Vendor, Project, Account Code and Class fields with one click.
Multi-currency
  1. The currency for a bank account can no longer be edited once that account has been used in a transaction.
