States

States in CustomBooks™


CustomBooks™ comes pre-loaded with the 50 United States. Users have the flexibility to add new states, modify existing ones, or delete them as needed.


Viewing States

To view the list of States:

  1. Go to Lists > States.



Creating New States


  1. Navigate to Lists > States.
  2. Click Create > New.
  3. Enter the State Name, the Code, and the Country.


Deleting States


To delete a State:

  1. Navigate to Lists > States.
  2. Select the State you want to delete.
  3. Click More Actions > Edit > Delete or right-click the State, select Edit, then Delete.
