Overview
The CustomBooks™ Portal is the initial screen you see after logging in, serving as the central hub for managing accounts, accessing financial details, and performing various administrative tasks. In the CustomBooks™ Portal, you will find the Company/Client List displaying all the companies' and clients' accounts. Here, you can add new companies or clients, invite a company or a client, manage plans, update payment methods, access email logs, access the Playground and the Company Dashboard.
The Portal has two main tabs: the Home Tab and the Playground Tab. (1) The Home Tab contains the Company/Client List and the Company Dashboard. The (3) Company/Client List displays all accounts, providing details such as Account No., Company/Client Name, Bank Status, Plan, Subscription Status, and more. The (4) Company Dashboard offers an overview of the company/client details, including bank details, net income (loss), expenses, sales, income, and expenses. (2) The Playground Tab provides access to playground accounts, which are available free for paid users and as a 30-day trial for trial users. At the top, there's a section for (5) Notifications, Inbox, and the dropdown menu access to the Account Portal, Profile, Help and Support Portal, Contact Us and the logout button.
