When I go to my test company, it says that I don't have permission. What does that mean and how do I fix this?

When I go to my test company, it says that I don't have permission. What does that mean and how do I fix this?

Most likely you are not a user in the test company.   If you were given access to the main account after the sandbox was created, you are most likely not on the user list in the test company.  Have someone from your company that does have access to the test company go in and add you as a user in the sandbox.
