Why are the values blank in the Sales Pal on Sales Orders?

Why are the values blank in the Sales Pal on Sales Orders?

The figures in the SalesPal (cost, margin, profit, etc) depend on several calculations, including the cost calculations that the system completes automatically. These costs are calculated using various documents. Here are some things you can do to ensure correct calculations:
  1. When entering inventory adjustments, ensure you are entering a value for the adjustment. The value should be equal to the cost of one of the items times the quantity of the item on the adjustment. So, for two widgets that cost 10/ea, the value on the adjustment would be $20.
  1. An item will not have costs associated with it until you purchase and pay for the item.
