Why won't WalkMe work in CustomBooks™ when I'm using Safari?

Problem:   WalkMe Help Widget doesn't appear in the browser when using Safari

Background:   Safari is now delivered with a setting that prevents the WalkMe widget from working in Safari.  This setting prevents cookies from being set that WalkMe needs in order to work properly

Solution:  Enable cross-site tracking in Safari Preferences.

To enable cross site tracking in Safari

  1. In the Safari browser, click the Safari Menu and choose Preferences.
  2. Click Privacy.
  3. Uncheck the checkbox next to Prevent cross site tracking.
