At the top of the Homepage, you can access three primary sections:
After logging in to CustomBooks™, the Homepage serves as your primary workspace.
At the top of the Homepage, select one of the following tabs to access the corresponding section:

You can also use the Use as default checkbox in the upper-right corner to set the current Homepage view as your default landing page.
The Workspace provides an intuitive, visual way to access commonly used CustomBooks™ features. It organizes related functions into sections and uses icons and workflow arrows to help you locate the appropriate tools.
The available sections include:
The Sales section provides shortcuts for managing customer sales activities and transactions.

The arrows between certain icons illustrate the typical workflow between related sales transactions.
The Accounting & Banking section provides access to core accounting and banking functions.

The Workspace is designed to organize these functions into logical areas so you can quickly locate the tools you need.
Business Pulse is a financial dashboard that provides a visual snapshot of your company's financial health. It allows you to review important financial information without having to run individual reports.
To access Business Pulse:
The Bank tab on the CustomBooks™ Homepage provides an overview of your Bank GL accounts and their banking information. From this screen, you can review account balances, compare bank balances with the balances recorded in CustomBooks™, view transaction counts, and access bank accounts.
To access the Bank section:
The Bank page is divided into two main areas:
The left side of the Bank page displays a graph for the currently selected bank account.
The graph provides a visual representation of the account's:
A legend at the bottom of the graph identifies the two types of activity. The graph can help you review the flow of money into and out of the selected bank account.
The selected bank account is displayed above the graph.
The right side of the Bank page displays the Bank GL accounts in CustomBooks™.
For each account, you can view information such as:
This allows you to compare the balance reported by your bank with the balance currently recorded in CustomBooks™.
Note: The bank balance and the balance recorded In CustomBooks may differ. The Bank page displays both values so you can compare the information from your financial institution with the corresponding balance in CustomBooks™.
Account Update Information
The account list displays the date the bank account was last updated/connected. Depending on the account's connection status, the account may also indicate that it has Not updated/not connected.
The transaction count is displayed alongside the update information, allowing you to see the number of transactions associated with each connected account.
Search Bank Accounts
The Search field in the upper-right corner allows you to search for a specific bank account.
This can be useful when multiple bank accounts are connected and you need to quickly locate a particular account.
Bank Account Tools
The Bank page includes several tools above the account list. These may include options to:
Use these tools to update, organize, or print the information shown on the Bank page.
Connect Another Account
The Connect another account button at the bottom of the Bank page allows you to connect an additional bank account to CustomBooks™.
Select Connect another account when you need to add another financial institution or bank account to your Cloud Banking setup.
