CustomBooks™ Academy is the learning and training center for CustomBooks™. It provides live and self-paced courses designed to help users build their product knowledge, learn important workflows, and develop more advanced CustomBooks™ skills.

Whether you're new to CustomBooks™, want to learn inventory management, need training on advanced features, or want to earn a CustomBooks™ certification, Academy provides a structured place to continue learning.

Live and Self-Paced Training

CustomBooks™ Academy includes both live and self-paced learning opportunities.

Live Courses

Live courses allow you to participate in scheduled online training. When a course has a live component, you will need to select and register for an available class date and time after enrolling.

Self-Paced Courses

Self-paced courses allow you to work through the training on your own schedule without attending a scheduled live class.

When browsing Academy, course names identify whether the course is live or self-paced.

How to Get Started


Step 1: Visit CustomBooks™ Academy
Go to the CustomBooks™ Academy page and select Register Today if you are new to Academy or Academy Login if you already have an Academy account.

Step 2: Sign In or Create Your Academy Account
Your CustomBooks™ Academy account is separate from the account you use to sign in to the CustomBooks™ application.
Use your Academy credentials when accessing courses and training.

Step 3: Find a Course
Browse the available courses and select the course you want to take.

Step 4: Enroll
Open the course and click the Enroll or Start link.
If the course includes live instruction, follow the course instructions to select an available class date and time.



Step 5: Complete Your Training
Follow the course materials and requirements shown in Academy.
Certification courses may include an assessment or certification exam that must be successfully completed.

Academy also provides a certification path for users and accounting professionals who want to demonstrate their knowledge of CustomBooks™.

CustomBooks™ Academy is a good starting point when you want structured product education through available courses, videos, webinars, and certification programs.

If your organization needs training tailored to its particular workflows, modules, integrations, reports, extensions, or team, CustomBooks™ also offers paid Professional Services training.

Professional Services training can include virtual training and, depending on the training tier, in-person or on-site training.
