These integrations help automate key business processes such as payroll, payments, tax compliance, shipping, and customer management.

Available Integrations in CustomBooks™


Avalara helps businesses of all sizes achieve compliance with sales tax, excise tax, and other transactional tax requirements by delivering comprehensive, automated, cloud-based solutions that are fast, accurate, and easy to use.

Bill.com
The Bill.com integration supports accounts payable automation, allowing users to manage vendor payments, approvals, and payment workflows while syncing transactions with CustomBooks™.

Gusto integrates with CustomBooks™ to support payroll processing. With just a few clicks, your team gets paid. You can even set it on AutoPilot.

Paya provides payment processing services, enabling businesses to accept credit card and ACH payments while automatically recording transactions in CustomBooks™.

ShipStation integrates with CustomBooks™ to help manage shipping and order fulfillment. Shipping data can be aligned with accounting records for improved order tracking and inventory visibility.

Stripe allows businesses to accept online payments, including credit cards and ACH. Payment activity can be synced to CustomBooks™ for accurate sales and payment reconciliation.

Zoho CRM
The Zoho CRM integration connects customer and sales data with CustomBooks™, helping align CRM activity with financial records and improving visibility into customer transactions.

Checkbook (Beta Preview)

Accessing Integrations


To view and manage integrations in CustomBooks™:
  1. Navigate to the Admin Panel.
  2. Select Integrations.
  3. Choose the integration you wish to configure or connect.
